Factsheet Pulse Fishing 2014

Knowledge Networks are groups of fishermen and entrepreneurs in aquaculture, working together aiming to address and find answers to questions on sustainability. The answers found contribute to the improvement of the profitability and sustainable production of the fishery sector. The knowledge gained by the members is exchanged within the groups as well as to the outside world. The networks are independent from advocacy or politics. The Knowledge Networks project started in 2008. The networks are facilitated by experts of LEI and IMARES, both part of Wageningen UR (University and Research centre), and other experts.
